To manage Google and Bing paid campaigns including Remarketing, PPC and Display
To set up paid social campaigns including LinkedIn and Facebook
To continually monitor and refine campaigns to deliver the best ROI
To report weekly and monthly on results, working directly with the Head of Marketing to create digital strategies for improvement
To lead on GA4 migration
To monitor organic traffic through Google Adwords, Ruler Analytics and other tools
To work closely with the marketing executive to create new website content and lead generation pages/ campaigns
To improve the conversion rate of the website utilising a variety of tools for example split testing or heat mapping
To advise the team on content requirements to aid in increasing organic rankings for examples on page and off page articles
To create new website content including blog posts and landing pages using the CRM. Content creation skills would be an advantage, however we currently have content creators in the team who can undertake this in partnership.
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
Have a creative mindset and share ideas for experimental marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Update and follow the promotional plan set out in the strategy, ensuring campaigns and activities are undertaken in a timely manner
Min 2 years experience in a digital marketing role
Experience of setting up and managing PPC campaigns directly
Strong technical SEO skills
Excellent written and proof reading skills
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable Experience – These are the things that you don’t need to have but are a bonus if you do!
Experience of transitioning to GA4 (Or willing to find out!)
Experience in a manufacturing or B2B lead gen marketing role
Basic front end coding skills for email or web
