Graphic Designer

No two days are the same at Strongdor, from working on quirky social media campaigns to exhibitions right through to filming world cup viral videos and of course a company brochure! We strive to achieve the perfect balance between a corporate professional brand, following guidelines and corporate principles, whilst ensuring all our marketing content is engaging and fun.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about design and will act as brand champion for the brand guidelines. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and working with colleagues to deliver high quality designs on time and with creative flair.

Responsibilities

Create engaging and on brand graphics for both online and offline applications
Work with the wider marketing team to design impactful exhibition stands
Collaborate with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, brochures, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
Source new photography and video for use throughout marketing materials, including arranging photoshoots and maintaining stock imagery
Have a creative mindset and share ideas for experimental marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Create succinct and targeted email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team


Essential Experience

Min 2 years experience in a graphic design role
Skilled in the use of design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premier Pro (desirable)
A presentable design portfolio to be supplied on application
Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills
Ability to multi task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong communication and organisational skills

This role is office based at our site in Morecambe.


Job Type

The hours of work are: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (7.30am – 4.30pm) and Wed (7.00am-4.00pm)
