What You’ll Do:

• Implementation
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and aligned with the strategic goals.
• Work effectively within the marketing budget set by the Marketing Director.
• Content Marketing
• Work with the team to create engaging content, promotional items, and literature.
• Work with the team to implement and monitor email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to brief campaign ideas.
• Innovation & Trends
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and implement innovative tactics to stay ahead.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of content creation
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

Desirable:

• Experience coordinating exhibition stands
• B2B or manufacturing experience
• Understanding of digital marketing including Google Analytics
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing systems
