Key Responsibilities:

This role is key to our customer experience, and you will be responsible for the following:

Play a pivotal role in ensuring customers have an exceptional buying journey
Effectively handle qualified leads from our lead generation system
Provide customised support and consultation based on customer needs
Provide expert advice and technical support to customers
The sales process involves: Estimating, submitting quotes, making quote revisions based off customer requests, closing sales and processing orders

What do we need from you?

Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous
Positive and self-motivated
Passionate and proactive
Hungry, Humble and Smart
Target driven
Ability to learn and operate CRM systems such as Pipedrive and Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great team player

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with the exception of Wednesday which is 7:00am – 4:00pm
