Strongdor’s Sportdor range is tailored for emergency exits in sports and leisure facilities. The doorset is designed to resist impact from balls and equipment. It includes recessed panic hardware and rebound panels in collaboration with Sport England or Sport Scotland partnerships to prioritise safety in environments with high activity.
Sportdor doors are built to order and available as single or double door set configurations. They can be specified up to 2.9 m in height and 1.4 m in width for single and 2.7m for double, tailored to match facility requirements. Finished in over 150 powder-coated colours, they offer aesthetic flexibility alongside performance.
These doors are available with a U‑value as low as 1.5 W/m²K, supporting thermal insulation needs within sports venues and leisure centres. This ensures energy loss is minimised without compromising on exit compliance or safety performance.
