Glazed Top & Side Panels

• Width range (mm): from 300 to 2980.
• Height range (mm): from 300 to 2980.
• Options for single and double glazed units and independent panels not connected to the door as an additional item. Max 2980 in one direction and 1320mm in the other direction.
• Fire rated option available up to 2581 width and 2090 height - M2 max areas apply please check with our steel door experts for details.

Solid Side Panels

• Width range (mm):from 300 to 1320
• Height range (mm) from 300 to 2980
• Can be fitted to fire rated doors up to 815mm wide and 2298mm high. one or both sides of the door set. can be used in combination with a glazed or solid top panel.

Hinged Solid Overpanel

• Width range (mm): from 300 to 2750
• Height range (mm): from 300 to 1140
• Only available on outward opening doors.
• Max height for hinged overpanel and door combinations is 3000mm.

Solid Top Panels

• Width range (mm): from 300 to 2980
• Height range (mm) from 300 to 1320
• Can be fitted to fire-rated doors to a max overpanelheight of 701mm - and max width 2887mm. Up to E120 rated and can be combined with glazed or solid side panel.

Removable Solid Top Panel

• Width range (mm): from 300 to 2750
• Height range (mm): from 300 to 1140
• Only available on outward opening doors.
• Max height for removable overpanel and door combinations is 3000mm.

Glazed Side Panel

Single and double glazed side and overpanels can be manufactured to size with your choice of glazing as follows:

• 6.8mm Laminated / 6mm Toughened.
• Obscured and frosted options on request.
• 22mm Double Glazed units.

Multiple Letterbox Side Panels

Our multiple letterbox side panel is designed to accommodate 40+ letterboxes in a single unit, depending on the panel size. With configurations
arranged in up to three columns, it features a minimum panel size of W595mm x H685mm, which fits at least two letterboxes. This option is ideal for communal entrance doors, such as those in blocks of flats. The letterboxes are sloped to enhance security and protect against fishing. The letter boxes are available in our standard range of RAL colours available to match seamlessly with your steel door. (Please note, BS colours are not an option).
