Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team to plan, execute, monitor and optimise a variety of marketing and digital projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational, communication and project coordination skills, who is confident working across multiple channels and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating multiple digital initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and objectives are met.
- Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external digital agencies, helping to brief projects and keep activity on track.
- Working closely with our digital agency to ensure the website and customer-facing digital platforms (including website updates, improvements and overhauls) remain up to date, on brand and optimised for customer journeys and campaign activity.
- Coordinating the delivery of content and assets for digital activity, ensuring required information, imagery and copy are supplied to agencies on time.
- Supporting the creation, scheduling and delivery of digital campaigns across web, email and social channels.
- Interpreting and reviewing performance reports provided by digital agencies, summarising insights and highlighting key findings.
- Maintaining and updating the task and project management system, ensuring project details, deadlines and responsibilities are clearly defined and tracked.
- Monitoring campaign progress and supporting the reporting of performance, helping to identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
- Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and customer experience standards.
- Collaborating with wider teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure marketing activity supports business objectives and customer needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing projects.
- Experience working within an agency environment or with external agencies would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and tone of voice, with the ability to apply this consistently across channels.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
- Experience coordinating digital marketing activity and producing high-quality marketing materials.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willing to support the wider marketing function and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 7.00 am - 4.00 pm
Thursday: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
Friday: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
