Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Transport Coordinator who will be responsible for arranging and scheduling deliveries with our trusted transport partner, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time.

This role is full-time, office-based at our Strongdor Southgate Factory facility.

Salary: 28k – 30k per annum

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries with our transport partner.
·       Communicate delivery requirements and timelines clearly to all parties.
·       Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
·       Resolve any delivery issues promptly and professionally.
·       Maintain accurate records of transport arrangements and costs.
·       Liaise with internal teams to align delivery schedules with production timelines.
·       Share responsibility for answering incoming calls and intercom queries.
·       Other ad hoc duties.

What we're looking for:

·       Previous experience in transport coordination or logistics.
·       Strong organisational and time management skills.
·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems.

Hours of work:

Monday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 2:45pm
