The unique and popular Trimec ES8000 V-Lock has been completely redesigned and engineered to produce the new ASSA ABLOY ES8100 V-Lock.

The Assa Abloy ES8100 V-Lock incorporates many improvements over its predecessor, the ES8000, including a higher preload rating of 100kg, Door Position Monitoring, integrated LED lock status and diagnostics visual
indication, increased door misalignment correction from 7mm to 12mm, an IP53 rating for external door applications and simple, one-step, PTO/PTL onsite configuration. The ES8100, also known as the V-lock, contains a high torque motorised bolt which moves into a V shaped Strike Plate, pulling the door into alignment, when locked.

The ES8100 is mounted vertically in the leading edge of a Strongdor leaf. And up to 3 locks can be fitted in a non fire rated leaf and 2 in a fire rated leaf. The ES8100 V-Lock is mortice mounted and concealed from view giving a discreet yet secure option where access control is required in high end residential, public sector and commercial environments A slim design with classic satin stainless steel faceplate, makes the ES8100 a product with great aesthetic appearance and easy installation.
