The Briton 376 single door push bar is fitted with a vertical bolt which, when the bar is pressed, retracts and allows the door to open. Designed for ease of use, the Briton 376 push (or panic) bar is ideal for fire exit doors for members of the public. The vertical bolt features two-point locking for additional security and is suitable for use on both left and right-handed doors. The 376 is suitable for use on single and double doorsets, active and inactive leaf and can be used in conjunction with either knob, lever or mechanical code lock outside access device.
With a 5 year manufacturer's warranty it is fire tested to EN 1634 and BS 476 Part 22 and is also CE marked and fully compliant to EN 1125.
Ideal for use on doors up to 2700mm high x 1300mm wide, it features two point locking and adjustable top and bottom shoots. Supplied in silver finish as standard it has achieved Grade 3 high corrosion resistance under the EN 1670 Building Corrosion Requirements test.
