What is your role at Strongdor?
My role at Strongdor is to provide exceptional after-sales care, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process, from order to installation and beyond.
What do you love most about working at Strongdor?
The thing I love most about working for Strongdor is the team spirit. No matter the site or department, everyone works toward the same goal. In customer service, I get to see how all the teams pull together to deliver a great product and a happy customer. It’s a supportive place to work, and I’ve learned so much since day one.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
If I could learn to do anything, it would either be to learn how to play another musical instrument or learn how to tap.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
If I had to describe myself in three words, I’d say: adaptable, creative, and sociable.
Adaptable, because in my role, things can change quickly, and I must think on my feet. Creative, because finding solutions for customers often means thinking outside the box.
Finally, I would say sociable, because building good relationships with both colleagues and customers makes everything run smoothly.
