How long have you worked at Strongdor?
I have worked at Strongdor for four and a half years.
What is your role at Strongdor?
I am a Production Operative here at Strongdor.
My jobs include: prepping all the locks and attaching them to the inside of the steel doors, applying glue and infill to the doors, and performing both types of welding on the doors - spot welding and MIG welding.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
If I could learn to do anything, I would love to learn a different language, mainly Spanish..
What do you love about working for Strongdor?
The thing I love most about working for Strongdor is the real sense of family that forms with all work colleagues..
How would you describe yourself in three words?
If I had to describe myself in three words, I would say loud, ask anyone in the factory, and they would tell you they can hear me from the other side. Confident, I’m always willing to give anything a go. During my four years at Strongdor, I’ve worked in sales and many different areas of the factory. Lastly, I would say outgoing, that’s just me as a person.
